PT Bintraco Dharma was incorporated in Semarang on June 1, 1969 under the name of PT Industri and Perdagangan Bintraco Dharma or abbreviated PT Bintraco Dharma, and until today it has grown into a holding company for several large subsidiary companies such as PT New Ratna Motor / NASMOCO (founder of Toyota dealers in the Central Java & Yogyakarta Special Teritorry), PT Andalan Finance Indonesia (Automotive Finance Company), PT MEKA Adipratama (Sparepart Distributor company and automative retail), PT CARSWORLD Digital Indonesia (automotive digital platform) and also several joint venture companies such as, PT Toyota Tsusho Logistic Center-Nasmoco Transport, PT Bayauc Nasmoco Investindo and others.
