IT COMPLIANCE

Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent
• Technical proficiency in IT policy, procedure and compliance
• Strong command of the English language (written and spoken)
• 4 years relevant experience in IT policy, procedure and compliance
• Excellent high performance leadership and management skills
• Ability to work with all levels of management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills adapted for a range of audiences
• Self-motivated and willing to take the initiative

Responsibilities :

• Define IT standard and procedure, bring new ideas to optimize IT process and improve effectiveness
• Partner with internal audit and other control groups to assess, develop, and monitor adherence to internal controls, and policies and procedures
• Work together with each unit to create / update Policy and Procedure, kept in hardcopy and softcopy in a structured secured folder
• Coordinate all compliance activity from internal and external parties to IT Department
  Prepare, collect, organize, and maintain all document / evidence required to support regular audit
