Responsibilities:
- Coordination with internal (Regional Office) and external (Operator) parties to ensure Renewal Site documents are ready to be claimed
- Collecting Renewal Site documents which meet due date period
- Collaborate with Finance to reconcile rent rates
- Follow up approval PO and Renewal Site documents
- Submit Renewal Site documents which has been done to Finance and release invoices
- Reconcile Renewal Site documents with Finance
- Follow up Regional Office in order to provide BA KPI and BA RM according to predetermined schedule
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experiences as administrative support (preferred from Telecommunication Business)
- Minimum education Bachelor Degree
- Have knowledge in BTS Tower and Repeater
- Computer literate
- Good analytical thinking, proactive, excellent in communication, negotiation and interpersonal skill
- Ability to perform under pressure with any kind of task
- Oriented to the achievement of targets
