PRODUCT TECHNICAL ENGINEER (HEAD OFFICE BASED)

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the provision of quality new technologies through the development of technology that is able to support the operation and maintenance of on-time to support the resolution based on the work plan and procedures established by the company
• Ensuring the ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions to the problems associated with the new technologies provided by the company to the customer
• Ensure technical competency development occurs required OM Directorate in operational activities and maintenance of infrastructure with active technology

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering - Others or equivalent.
• Comprehend of the operational concepts and Technical DAS (Distributed Antenna System) or IBS (In-Building System). For operation & maintenance experience and troubleshooting DAS
• Comprehend of the Radio Network System (RBS 2G, 3G, LTE) associated with the DAS and the BTS Hotel for operation & maintenance experience and troubleshooting BTS and BTS Hotel (small cell)
• Comprehend of technical and operational concepts Fiber Optic nets. For operation & maintenance experience and troubleshooting of fiber optic networks and associated active devices
• Experience in the area of Customer Support / Back Office support
