1. Bachelor degree (S1) in Engineering : Metallurgical, Chemical, Mechanical, & Electrical
2. Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0
3. Fresh graduate or max 2 years experience
4. Master Degree (S2) are welcome to apply
5. Maximum 25 years old for Bachelor degree and 27 years old for Master degree
6. Active in organizational activities
7. Good communication & leadership skills
8. Willing to be placed in all AlamTri operational sites in Kalimantan
