ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop a strong understanding of the eCommerce market and be the first person that a merchant calls for any eCommerce inquiries
• Analyze the merchant's business, and suggest various payment products as appropriate
• Manage relationships with new and existing merchants to understand their business needs
• Assist on the integration processes with Veritrans

QUALIFICATIONS

• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Indonesian
• A highly analytical problem-solver
• Passionate in the eCommerce industry
• Must possess a “can-do” attitude
• Friendly, outgoing, and customer service oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Prior experience with Payment Gateways, or any work involving merchant onboarding is preferred
