PELITA LOGISTIK is hiring GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

As a Trainee in the Graduate Development Program, you will :

• Undergo 6 months of training
• Initiate and implement projects during 12 months OJT
• Have possibility for cross country rotation

• Bachelor's or master's degree with maximum Age 27 years old
• Majoring in Finance / Accounting / Industrial Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Marine Transportation Engineering / Ship Building Engineering / Naval Architecture / Port & Shipping Management / Law / Information Technology / Computer Science 
• Minimum GPA 3.00
• Good English proficiency proven by minimum score of TOEFL 513/ TOEIC 605 / IELTS 5.5
• Willing to undergo 3 years bonding period 
• Willing to be placed and rotate in our operation sites 
• Having leadership potential, well-articulated, well-organized, and driven to achieve the best
