Job Description 

• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Oracle NetSuite system, including operational failures, background maintenance, role permission assignment, etc., as well as writing user operation manuals, and conducting training for end users.
• Have a sense of customer service, quickly find and solve the business problems of the Netsuite system for customers, and periodically output operation and maintenance reports.
• Responsible for the in-depth understanding and testing of the modules of Netsuite products, and can assist project managers in project delivery

REQUIREMENT PROFILE

Education : Bachelor’s degree or above.

Year Experience : Fresh graduates with relevant internship or project experience are preferred.

Other Requirements :

• Computer, software, Accounting, Internet related majors are preferred
• Fresh or internship in NetSuite implementation/operation and maintenance, or other similar SaaS product experience: Priority will be given to those with Party B implementation experience
• Possess sufficient learning ability, analytical and problem-solving abilities, cross-functional communication and coordination skills
• Strong communication skills, fully understand customer needs and be able to communicate effectively with the development team
• English is required.
