Fraud Analyst

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage risks and fraudulent cases for eCommerce and online transactions
• Assess risk and conduct in-depth profiling over acquired merchants
• Spot anomalies in customers' behavior patterns to prevent fraudulent transactions
• Communicate with banks, partners and eCommerce merchants
• Conduct regular reporting and review over fraud cases and trends
• Develop fraud prevention strategies
• Work with high-tech business intelligence tools to mitigate fraud

QUALIFICATIONS

• Pursue a Bachelor's degree from a reputable university with minimum GPA of 3.00
• Must have meticulous attention over details
• Capability to do reporting and operate Microsoft Excel (pivot, analytical functions, etc) is a plus
• Demonstrate high level of initiatives
• Possess strong analytical skills and critical thinking
• Speak and write in English with business-level fluency
• Love to present out of the box solution for improvement
