Legal Analyst

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree of Law
• Max. age of 28 years
• Minimum 1 years experience as a legal corporate
• Able to think critically, good communication, and quickly adapt to high work demands

Job Descriptions:

• Reviewing contracts from all other departments and business units as well as agreements for loans submitted by finance
• Making and changing agreements and attachments in accordance with the agreement of the parties
• Make recap and monitoring related to company land assets
• Create and provide legal opinion in accordance with User request
