HUMAN RESOURCE (ON SITE)

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human resources, psychologis or equivalent.
2. Have minimum knowledge in the related field (such as recruiting, labour law)
3. Required Skill(s): Oral Mandarin is a must and English in additional
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and Power Point).
5. Willing to be placed at South Kalimantan (local residents preferred).
6. Can work in a team or with minimum supervision.
7. Understanding of Environmental Management System, Occupational Health and Safety
8. Prioritize male candidates

Main Duties:

1. Prepare and maintain all HR information, records and reports accurately, prior to on site.
2. Provide support to the business throughout the employee life cycle.
3. Maintains the work structure by updating job description (job requirements and job evaluations)
4. Monitoring employee's contract (signing period, extension period, termination period).
5. Manage and maintain employee relations working on the site, especially foreign workers, laborers, and Indonesian workers and able to suggest healthy Industrial Relation (Internal and External).
6. Handling the recruitment process for the needs of site employees, by supporting and assisting in making reports for HR in Jakarta.
