TECHNICAL & USER SUPPORT OFFICER

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree in Computer Science with min GPA 3,00
2. Strong work ethic and integrity, dependable and responsible with positif attittude, and adaptable to various project and organizations
3. Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
4. Max age 26 years old 
5. Working location in Jakarta 

1. Familiar with PC troubleshooting, Microsoft O365 products including exchange or outlook, Network topology configuration
2. Willing to be placed at Citeureup factory with shift schedule pattern
3. Experiences in determine and resolve network data communication 24/7 IT operation issue

Job Description:

• Reporting to the Citeureup Network Operation Support Section Head, this position is responsible for providing a high level of operational availability and stability for the IT support
• This includes providing a high level of IT support services to employees, as well as 24-hour coverage for the computer system, either on-site or remotely, depending on business needs
• Act as a helpdesk if there is no Helpdesk Officer available in receives user’s issues, takes follow up action thru MIS Helpdesk system in order to have best support 24/7 IT operation
• Coordinates and assists HC Group IT in infrastructure implementation and services
