- Manage the warehouse site to ensure the effective implementation of 5S3R work
- Implement the company's and deparment's safety policies, ensure the effective implementation of personnel, materials, facilities, and other safety work
- Execute the inventory plan of the department and independently carry out the inventory to ensure the consistency of the material account/card/material
- Implement warehouse operation procedures and supervise staff compliance operations
- Hold team meetings every day, convey company information in time, summarize the work of the previous day and arrange the work of the day
- Ensure the accurate and efficient completion daily inbound and outbound work. coordinate internal and external relations, ensure the fast distribution and turnover materials
- Conduct job training and guidance for warehouse staff, and conduct performance appraisal according to the work perfomance of subordinates
- Complete other task assign by superior leaders.
