Warehouse System Staff

• Bachelor Degree;
• Good communication in English, Mandarin is a plus;
• Familiar with ERP, WMS, MES and other system logic operation;
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel) and sensitive to data;
• Able to work overtime;
• Good team work and communication skills;
• At least 2 years overall warehouse accounting management experience, and related fields;
• Working location : Singosari, Malang, East Java.

Job Description:

• Responsible for ERP and WMS accounting, sorting out and filling documents;
• Checking of warehouse management;
• Inventory of material and reporting the data;
• Monitoring system data to ensure compliance of the accounting operations
• Organizing systematic training regularly;
• Handling and analyzing the abnormal system problems in daily work;
• Regular data analysis and summary of warehouse inventory for accuracy;
• Complete other tasks assign by superior leader.
