Production Supervisor

• Bachelor degree, more than 5 years experience in large foreign-funded manufacturing factory;
• Have the foundation of system management;
• Logical, familiar with all kinds of new production management technology, such as lean production, TPM, NPS, QCC, etc., can be applied in the work;
• Strong data processing ability, good at process management with data, support the effectiveness and sustainability of management and improvement;
• Strong achievement motivation and self-drive, good communication skills.

Responsible:

• Effectively plan, organize and control the production process, implement on-site communication within and outside the department to ensure high-quality and efficient production operation and meet production planning requirements;
• 5S management and workshop production cost control, reduce loss, reduce waste
