Job Description:

1. Update, monitor & evaluate the implementation of procedures & systems in the HR Dept.
2. Performing analysis & improvement of the system in the HR Dept.
3. Carry out the recruitment process to fulfill the job vacancies
4. Implement, monitor, and evaluate the training process (outhouse and inhouse)
5. Monitoring manpower and man-hour planning
