Job Descriptions
- Responsible in handling fintech related tasks such as inquiries and complaints handling.
- Deliver fast and excellent solutions to customers.
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, explaining the best solution to solve the problem, following up to ensure solution.
- Coordinate with different departments to create a seamless experience for customers.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience as Banking/Fintech/E-commerce/Logistics CX.
- Great communication skills.
- Empathetic, active listener, and a problem solver.
- Having experience with Freshdesk/Zendesk is a must.
- Able to communicate in English is preferable.
- Doesn't have issues with shifting schedule.
- A customer-oriented person who is friendly yet determined to excel in a fast-growing company.
