- Handle inquiries/complain from customer who contact via channel provided (chat/email/call/social media)
- Provide and deliver clear information and resolution to the customer
- Escalate case in timely manner / based on SLA agreed
- Do coordination with 2nd tier
- Input accurate report into the system
Requirements
- Min. Undergraduate Degree
- Have six month to one year experience as a customer service
- Willing 3 months contract
