Partnership Associate

1. Bachelor’s degree in communication science, marketing, or equivalent.
2. At least 1 year of working experience in partnership.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to influence people at the right level.
5. Analytical, data-driven, reliable and results-oriented.
6. Familiarity with consumer web domain and Education Institution/Technology business.
7. Successful track-record of managing a pipeline of partnership opportunities from origination to its closure.
8. Know the regulation and local play on partnership.
9. A negotiator trait.

Job Description:

1. Develop and manage the relationship with education institutions, the marketplace, wholesalers, and other stakeholders to ensure our pricing and inventory competitiveness, as well as commission, are favourable.
2. Enable tools and support required to optimize the promotion performance to support growth via improving conversion and customer acquisition.
3. Identify key potential partners for joint promotion.
4. Develop and manage relationship with external parties for delivering joint promo and fuel growth.
5. Negotiate for exclusive deals with suppliers.
6. Be in charge of full process to gain a partnership contract with partners.
7. Maintain a good relationship with existing and potential partners.
