1. At least 1-2 year of experience in project management
2. Bachelor's degree in Management or Design, or IT
3. Understand & experience in Website development, maintenance process
4. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (Mandarin and/or Japanese is a plus).
5. High creativity and curiosity; great interpersonal skills.

Job Description:

2. Provide managing/performing website editorial activities including gathering and researching information that enhances the value of the site
3. Collaborate with web developers to create and operate internal and external web sites, or to manage projects, such as e-marketing campaigns.
4. Collaborate with development teams to discuss, analyze, or resolve usability issues.
5. Evaluate testing routines or procedures for adequacy, sufficiency, and effectiveness.
6. Determine sources of web page or server problems, and taking action to correct such problems
7. Recommend web site improvements and developing budgets to support recommendations.
8. Document installation or configuration procedures to allow maintenance and repetition.
9. Develop or document style guidelines for web site content.
10. Assess user feedback, effectiveness, and traffic, even exploring marketing techniques such as newsletters and SEO to draw more users into the website.
