1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree from any major.
2. Priority had experience to handle corporate training.
3. Has good interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels, motivate others and change people’s attitude when necessary.
4. Written and spoken communication skills that allow you to inform and advice others clearly.
5. Initiative and ability to offer new ideas.
6. Organizational and planning skills to manage your time and to meet deadline and objectives.
7. Good time-keeping skills to enable you to effectively manage Learning & Development schedules.
8. Personal commitment to improving your own knowledge and skills.
9. Effective in both spoken and written English. 

Job Description:

1. Identify learning & development needs within an organization through job analysis and regular consultation with department head.
2. Design and expand learning & development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual.
3. Work in team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization, such as section head and department head.
4. Consider the costs of planned programs and keep within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any learning or development program is becoming increasingly important.
5. Develop effective induction program.
6. Produce training materials for in-house courses.
7. Manage the delivery of learning & development program.
