Business Development Officer (Jakarta, Medan, Bandung, Palembang

1. Preferably candidates with education background in Marketing/Business/Management/equivalent
2. At least one year of experience in general insurance
3. Possess passion and character in marketing/sales
4. Ability to build broad network with clients
5. Familiarity with marketing technique and strategies (negotiation, closing, sales cycle process)
6. Possess persuasive communication and public speaking skill
7. Business and target oriented
8. Fluency in English is a plus point
9. Have a critical analysis of clients’ needs
10. Placement in Bandung/Palembang/Medan/Jakarta

Job Description:

1. Responsible in individual target/achievement of insurance premium by looking for new business or renewal (non-agent)
2. Being a consultant for clients regarding their insurance needs (before and after sales service)
