JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Follow quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) processes, and perform routine data management tasks, such as data validation and correction, queries and editing in GIS to ensure GIS data accuracy, integrity, and completeness.
- Able to understand the Error trends and Error categories and its importance in Maps
- Review locations of POI with ref to client provided sources
- Understand and able to define POI specific policies as per client requirements
- Providing descriptive information /links for cross validation
- Limiting self by working on client mentioned sources only and not unauthorized sources
- Providing feedback and reporting bugs and issues regarding the used tool
- Good knowledge of spreadsheets and word documents
Responsibilities / Authorities:
Operation Management
Responsible for repeatable, predictable, and measurable operations which includes but is not limited to the following:
- End to End understanding of a quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) processes performed for assigned Client.
- Identification of error categories and error trends in mapping of Point of Interests (POIs)/Landmarks from satellite imageries
- Capture and validation of POI names and details from given reference sources
- Responsible for Quality assurance of POI Edits & review with ref to client scope.
- Must have clear understanding of the existing matrices in the process, how they are measured. e.g. SLA, OLA, KPI
Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problem
