Business Analyst

Education: Information Technology or related Work experience

Experience: 5-7 years

1. More than 5 years of working experience
2. A clear affinity with technology, awareness of latest trends in IT and understanding of how to apply IT successful in complex business environments is preferred, especially in Banking industry.
3. Desire to work in an information systems environment

Job Description:

1. Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions.
2. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions via the range of leading digital methodologies and/or solutions that drive business value.
3. Drive discussions and provide consultation around technology transformation, and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements
4. Confer with customer to capture user requirements, conduct user reviews and run stakeholder agreement meetings
5. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions, providing consultation on the customer journey transformation
6. Analyze as-is and to-be processes to define system/technology/business requirements
7. Support user requirements capture and translation of requirements into business and technologically enabled solutions
8. Support the delivery of quality functional and support development and implementation of quality business solutions for the client
