1. Minimum Bachelor Degree, Industrial Engineering is preferred
2. GPA Min. 3.00 (Fresh Graduates are Welcome)
3. Computer literate (Microsoft Office/Excel)
4. Ability to communicate fluently in English
5. Conceptual, likes data analysis and interest in jobs in Industry
6. Independent, proactive, likes challenges in a dynamic work environment
7. Enjoy working as a team and/or working individually
8. Think creatively and don’t give up easily
9. Having an interest in sports, especially cycling
