1. Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), Chemistry is preferred
2. GPA Min. 3.00 (Fresh Graduated are Welcome)
3. Having an internship in a factory, especially lab or chemistry operational
   is a plus
4. Computer literate (Microsoft Office/Excel)
5. Ability to communicate fluently in English
6. Have a leadership is a must, good analysis and problem solving skills
7. Independent, proactive, likes challenges in a dynamic work environment
8. Enjoy working as a team and/or working individually
9. Think creatively & don't give up easily
10. Having an interest in sports, especially cyclin

2. Planning effective and efficient research procedures in achieving data accuracy
3. Running an effective and efficient trial system to get valid trial results
4. Running a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001: 2015
