Job Description:
Responsibility is to successfully manage the relationship between the employees and organization
To influence the experience of the employees
Work to understand the unique perspective of the employees, and their wants, needs, and priorities, in order to improve their interaction with the company or organization.
Understand and utilize performance metrics and reporting to identify improvement opportunities for organization/employee performance.
Receive, understand, and respond to Performers, Non-Performers and Difficult employee and/or departments’ inquiries related to various functions of HR Operations including but not limited to, hiring, compensation, separations, benefits, retirement, workers’ compensation, safety, and/or leave of absence.
Collaborate with leaders to manage associate job performance by coaching, counselling, and disciplining associates, planning, monitoring, and appraising performance results
Development of an engagement plan that could include activities designed to build these relationships
Working as a representative of a company, engaging with job applicants and in the marketplace, to build the goodwill that attracts top talent
Service delivery, and budget or project management
