Finance & Accounting Staff

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
2. At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
3. Experience with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP)

1. Strong computer skills, MS Excel (managing spreadsheets, creating charts, and using advanced formulas)
2. Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws, and regulations
3. Excellent analytical skills to manage large amounts of data
4. Attention to detail and accuracy
5. Team management skills
6. Ability to prioritize work
7. Required Skill(s): Accounting, Tax, Accurate System, Finance, Analytical Thinking, Accuracy, A/R, A/P, Cash Management, Financial Report, BPJS
8. Strong knowledge and experiences in payroll business process and tax PPH 21 calculations

Job Description:

1. Manage daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations
2. Accurately preparing tax returns and ensuring that company taxes are paid in a timely manner
3. Prepare budgeting reports and forecast revenues
4. Manage month-end and year-end closing
5. Monitor the daily performance of the accounting department
6. Organize financial data into useable information and maintain updated records
7. Providing regular updates to management regarding company finances
8. Ensuring that the company maintains compliance with accounting legislation
