Business Analyst

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
2. Having experiences in Software Documentation (BRD, FSD, TSD, UAT Scenarios, etc)
3. Have experience with Big Data and with other systems such as ODBC, MSSQL, MySQL
4. Good English proficiency, especially in writing
5. At least 3 years’ experience as Business Analyst is required
6. Experienced in finance industry or digital business is preferable

1. Required skill(s):  SDLC, Analytical, Finance, Banking, .NET, VB, ASP.Net, Java, SQL Server, BI
2. Familiarity with Spark, machine learning, Query with use hive and Impala
3. Good Communication and Attractive Personality

Job Description:

1. Handle user request by collecting detailed user requirements, analyze the requirement, and can give proposed solution
2. Controls solution by establishing specifications; coordinating production with programmers
3. Produce Functional Specification & UAT plan, prepare case tests and assist in user training and deployment preparation for the end users
4. Define application problem conferring with clients, evaluation procedures, and processes. Provide necessary troubleshooting and production supports when a breakdown occurs, and to immediately remedy the system when flaws encountered
5. Ensure operation by training client personnel
