System Analyst

1. Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree, Postgraduate Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Others), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent
2. Experienced in making FSD, TSD, Database Relationship Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Application Architecture Diagrams, and other required documentation
3. Have expertise in Programming, SDLC, Software Development, Java, Full stack, Solution Architecture, Documentation, Testing, FSD, TSD
4. Have at least 3 years’ experience in the appropriate field for this position and at least 2 (two) years as a programmer
5. Preferably have experience in Banking
6. Have experience with SDLC (system development life cycle) Waterfall and Agile / Lean methodologies
7. Have the ability to think critically / analytically and the ability to solve problems and have good communication and can work together in a team
8. Have experience in the preparation of test planning, test case development and execution testing (SIT & UAT)
9. Experience in the financial industry and preferably those who understand payment systems such as TT, RTGS and SKN
10. Have good communication and problem-solving skills

Job Descriptions:

1. Collect, analyze requirements, and confirm the functional requirements of the system to be developed
2. Prepare documentation related to system development according to the applicable SDLC, including but not limited to FSD, TSD, Database Relationship Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Application Architecture Diagrams, and other required documentation
3. Coordinate and communicate effectively with the internal development team, vendors, and related parties
4. Collaborate with related teams to ensure application development goes according to plan
5. Coordinate with business units, vendors, and related parties in the process of clarifying the functions of the system being developed
6. Provide support related to the preparation and execution of testing, including in the preparation of test scenarios and test scripts
7. Assist the Project Manager in preparing the required project documentation
8. Assist companies in analyzing operational risk from a functional perspective
