HR Manager / Recruitment

1. Minimum 5 years experience in Human Resources field in managerial level and international scales
2. Minimum 5 years experience in Human Resources Generalist
3. Fluent in English [verbal and written]
4. Well-understand for updated Indonesia Labor Act and Industrial Relations

1. Able to work under pressure, work efficiently and effectively

General Job Descriptions :

1. Overseeing Group Human Resources Functions, review and monitoring all processes, policies and procedures, system and other initiatives.
2. Work closely with Group Sr. HR Manager, and take a role as a second person to be contact in Human Resources Team
3. Support management by providing human resources advice, counsel and decisions; analyzing information and applications.
4. Leading, coaching and inspiring the teams to deliver high quality and timely HR advice to the organization and other HR teams.

Recruitment :

1. Responsible for the Recruitment Process [Job Requisitions, Screening, Interview Session, Provide a Feedback]
2. Provide the support to Recruitment Division
3. Provide the feedback / advice in improving the overall Recruitment Process
4. Able to maintaining daily progress of Recruitment and provide the update before the deadline
5. Responsible in supporting to meet the hiring goals for each branch
6.  Able to demonstrate a positive attitude and behavior as a part of the brand identity
