General Job Descriptions :
- Overseeing Group Human Resources Functions, review and monitoring all processes, policies and procedures, system and other initiatives.
- Work closely with Group Sr. HR Manager, and take a role as a second person to be contact in Human Resources Team
- Support management by providing human resources advice, counsel and decisions; analyzing information and applications.
- Leading, coaching and inspiring the teams to deliver high quality and timely HR advice to the organization and other HR teams.
Employee Relations :
- Involve and controlling for employees activities and work closely with Employee Relations Division
- Able to handle employee issues and working environment
- High judgement and proactive with employees trends, issues and developments
- Able to provide the learning & development needs for employees\
- Maintaining and support the onboarding process, employee experience and offboarding
