Mid Business Analysis

1. Minimum 1 year of experience with ERP implementations as a business analyst (preferably Odoo but not mandatory).
2. Pro?cient English - communication on a daily basis.
3. Native Bahasa Indonesia speaker.
4. Understanding of di?erent business processes modeling (UML).
5. Business/management-related degree is a plus.

Job Description:

1. Analyze customers needs and business processes to design business solutions with detailed requirements.
2. Accompany customers in the full delivery cycle from software con?guration to go-live.
3. Along with the engineering team, formalize technical speci?cation of the system.
4. Close support with Software Engineers to develop system and do functional QC for development made by Software Engineers.
5. Deliver functional training sessions (prepare materials).
6. Support/assist customers to make sure customer happy with new system/software.
7. Support the sales team during pre-sale.
