Junior Business Analyst

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any related fields.
2. Experience in the Financial/Accounting field would be a bonus.
3. Practical experience with ERP and ODOO experience or exposure (Uni) is plus.
4. Configure software and have a good understanding of the overall technology used in the project as well as, be able to discuss integration.
5. Excellent verbal and written English and Thai abilities; to be used in documentation and communicate with overseas clients and partners.
6. Ability to work with minimal direction.
7. Ability to solve web usability issues in an ergonomic and creative way.

Job Description:

1. Participate in all product, sales, and process training and certification to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective.
2. Liaise with customers in order to collect all the required information which will assist with implementations of ERP Odoo system.
3. Understand customer goals and challenges and establish the company's solution as the best solution available; be part of the pre-sales team.
4. Consult and Analyze Business Processes.
5. Design technical solution based on business requirement, such as build scope documents and do GAP Analysis.
6. Collect data from Legacy systems to be imported and upload data to the ERP system.
7. Integrate Customer Data and Suggest Applications changes as per customer requirement.
8. Provide Training and supports to users.
