Job Descriptions :

• Design:
  • Create RFCs (Request For Change) document which describes the changes to be made and the reasoning behind or the background.
  • Present the RFC and discuss with other TLs.
  • Participate and drive discussions in planning sessions to define technical design  to implement some requirements / solve particular problems.
• Development:
  • Review code from developers and help developers to unblock their issues.
  • Ensure the quality of the code is up to the standard.
  • Ensure that the solution is implemented correctly.
  • Ensure that the CI pipeline is running well.
• Ready to support in case of production issues.
• Collaborate with other TLs, teams and stakeholders if needed.
