Engineer for Technology Departement

Male / Female, no more than 40 years old

• Bachelor degree or above in electrical/mechanical engineer, physical, etc

• Good communication in English, can speak Chinese will be point plus

• Proactive and strong sense of work responsibility, strong learning ability, and have teamwork spirit, strong pressure-bearing ability, able to develop together with the company.

• Good computer skill

• Fresh graduate are welcome. Have cable working experience ill be given priority

Solve abnormal problems in optical fiber, optical cable, submarine cable production; can propose improvement measures and responsible or assist to compile optical fiber, optical cable, submarine cable production technical requirement.

• Build and timely update optical fiber, optical cable, submarine cable production process standards and SOPs, realize process standardization.

• Statistics and promotion of material consumption, complete the commissioning of new raw material and new technologies.

• Analyze tender documents, design optical fiber, optical cable and submarine cable that meets customer requirements, provide technical information that required by customer.

• Responsible for the development of new technologies, new products, new processes and new materials for optical cables and the implementation and follow-up of various technical research work.

• Design and maintain optical cable’s standard design, dies, process cards. Compile raw material procurement specification, inspection specification, calculate costs and write technical specifications.

• Responsible or assist to provide optical fiber, optical cable and submarine cable and other products’ technical specification to customer, design product and build BOM.
