PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Job Qualification

• Male, no more than 35 years old

• Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineer, electrical engineer, management, or have experiences in same field

Need to shift (3 shift)

• No colour-blind

• Must be good in English, can speak Chines are preferred

• Willing to work in Kendal (Kawasan Industri Kendal area)

Job Description

• In accordance with the plan reasonable organization of human, material resources, equipment and other resources, timely coordination of all parties, complete the production plan and solve production problems, to ensure effective implementation?

• Implement the company and department related workshop management system, document execution and supervision?

• Continuously improve training systems and regulations to improve the efficiency of the production process and the operational efficiency of abnormal handling:

• Responsible for the 5S work implementation and inspection supervision of this team?

• Fulfill all kinds of other matters assigned by superior leader?
