STAR TEACHER (MATH)

• Indonesian citizen, min age 18 years old
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from relevant major, Mathematics/teaching major will be prioritized. Last year university students who already finished their thesis are also encouraged to apply
• Minimum GPA 3.00
• 1 - 5 years of Math teaching experience at school, courses, SBMPTN/UTBK preparation. Candidates with more than 5 years of teaching experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge of the National Education System/Curriculum and Academic Calendar is a must (KTSP/Kurikulum 2013/Kurikulum 2013 revisi)
• Strong passion for teaching and education, and strongly confident in front of the camera
• Strong knowledge and understanding of learning content in the education of students from Grades 7-12 is a must
• Strong understanding of online teaching methods
• Good communication skill, time management skill, teamwork skill and can work in a fast-paced working environment

1. Interested applicants are required to create 1 (one) Math teaching demonstration video, containing 1 - 3 minutes of self-introduction and 7 - 9 of Math teaching (total duration 10 minutes). The video should be in Bahasa Indonesia.
2. You are free to choose the teaching topic/material, as long as it is relevant with grade 7 (1 SMP) - 12 (3 SMA) curriculum
3. Aside from teaching Math, show your amazing personality by highlighting your special talent (comedy, singing, drawing, etc). An outstanding teacher is never afraid to try new things!

Job Description

1. Teach and give a lecture to students with an attractive, creative, innovative, and engaging technique for Mathematics subject
2. Create, examine, and execute high-quality educational content (grade 7 – 12)
3. Create an evaluation method for students to identify students’ understanding level
4. Collaborate with Content Specialist to create high-quality content
5. Consistently evaluate teaching materials to improve and maintain content quality

A full-time position and very attractive compensation package will be offered to selected candidates.

For candidates who graduated from selected universities, an additional reward of IDR 2mio will be given for the most creative teaching demonstration video creator (Teaching Challenge).

Each selected candidate will be offered a full-time position at PT Mathpresso Qanda Indonesia and an exclusive contract worth more than IDR 50mio.
