FASTREX (DHL SUPPLY CHAIN INDONESIA GRADUATE PROGRAM)

• Bachelor Degree (S1) in any field, graduated within 2019-2020 or maximum of 23 years old.
• Minimum GPA is 3.00 out of 4.00.
• Fluent in English both verbal and written.
• Strong leadership, organization, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong sense of creative, innovative, and able to think out of the box.
• Fast learner, resilience, fighter with 'can do attitude'.
• Willing to join and follow through the program as a whole and placed in all operation areas of DHL Supply Chain Indonesia.

Job Description :

FASTREX is an exciting opportunity for you to develop leadership skill in your area of focus in a warehouse and distribution management environment. The main objective of this program is to provide management trainees with a broad exposure through a rotational program, building skills to allow advancement within the company.

Job rotation to various department or project at DHL Supply Chain Indonesia covering Business Development, Human Resources, IT, Finance, Warehouse and Distribution Operation.
