2. Excellent in microsoft office especially intermediate excel and powerpoint
3. Excellent organizing and planing skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines
4. Proficient in English both active and passive (speaking and writing)
5. Have good communication skills, teamwork, proactive and dynamic
6. Ability to collect, collate and analyze data
7. Ability to maintain utmost confidentiality and project sensitive HR information.

Job Description - HRGA:

1. Supporting activities in the HR section includes, reporting labor regulations, employee performance appraisals, recruitment processes and selection for needs in all units by collaborating with related business units.
2. recruitment process according to department/section request
3. search for candidates by opening job information in all media
4. conduct psychological assessments according to company needs
5. conduct employee evaluation processes to all dept./ Sect, AT Ho
6. follow up the employee evaluation process for all units so that they dont miss the PKWT/ Probation Period.
7. Design Corporate Culture.
