JOB DESCRIPTION:

This is a one year structured training program involving class room, on-the-job learning and coaching by subject matter experts with an objective of developing necessary knowledge and skills to pursue a career in banking small medium enterprise relationship. A successful trainee will be ready to perform the role of business partners in banking transaction and financial solutions for our Business Banking or Medium sized Business segments as Relationship Manager.
