PT HM SampoernaTbk. (“Sampoerna”) is seeking talented people to join Sampoerna Sales Leader / Sales Supervisor. You will be a part of the team who are responsible to plan, monitor, and evaluate the new outlets growth, current groupings, routings, team (Sales Executive & Sales Assistant) capability & character combination in order to have the optimal team and system to support business target achievement. You will be supervising the process of order takings and payment, and analyzing the sales performance, in accordance with company regulations and code of conduct.
