System Analyst (Junior & Senior)

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Studies / IT major
• Minimum 1 years experience in similar position (for Junior System Analyst), Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
• Minimum 3 years experience in similar position (for Senior System Analyst)
• Have experience in Business Process, Management and SDLC Tools, and Document Management
• Have experience in data modelling, SQL database query skill
• Good interpersonal and communication skill (handling internal user)

Responsibilities:

For Junior System Analyst

• Ensure the effectiveness of the system development Process
• Identify the user’s need and available business process
• Ensure the arrangement and system development align with the user’s requirement
• Monitor and enhance user’s satisfaction towards various IS Application Development in Software Solution Department

For Senior System Analys

• Maintain and ensure effective system development implementation process aligning with user’s requirement
• Ensure user’s satisfaction and overall target accomplishment according to assigned goals
• Build strong and effective cooperation which support the overall objectives of the department
• Ensure excellent operational process and service for all stakeholders
