Employee Requirements

  1. D3/D4 or S1 in Any Major, Management are preferred
  2. Ready to be placed in Kendal. Central Java
  3. Must be flexible, willing to perform other duties and work irregular hours
  4. Able to communicate fluently and effectively in Indonesian and/or English
  5. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to encourage collaboration with other programs, international offices, and partners
  6. Adaptable to rapidly changing priorities and able to manage multiple deadlines and deliver highquality work products
  7. Willingness to up-skill as required by the tasks to be performed &ndash corresponding measures are agreed with management.
  8. Focused, proactive and positive working attitude
  9. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment, both independently and as part of a global team
  10. Must be familiar with using Microsoft office, email, and website

Job Brief

This position will assist Program Officer to deliver daily works and events as well as supporting the Program Officer in its communication with school, S4C team, Swisscontact office and global projects

Task, Authority & Responsibility

  1. Maintain an efficient filing system for all administrative and operational records
  2. Collect and provide necessary information and contribute to the planning, organizing and developing of all aspects of the projects
  3. Prepare visitor and mission calendar
  4. Prepare and filling internal and external letter
  5. Organize and maintain an adequate office stationery
  6. Distribute invitation and follow up with participants&rsquo attendance
  7. Provide administrative and logistical services pre, post and during the events as well as other tasks assigned by the superior
  8. Maintain and fill the vehicle LOGBOOK book and report it periodically to Superior
  9. Make sure all project&rsquos assets condition is maintained well
