1. Single, Maximum 24 years old
2. Must possess at least Bachelor's Degree from reputable  university with min GPA  3.0 any major.
3. Fresh graduate or  1  year work experience
4. Willing to be bound under working commitment to Kawan Lama Group for 3 years
5. Have good skills in leadership, communication, analytical thinking, high integrity
6. English proficiency is preferable
7. Willing to be placed in all regions of Indonesia
