• Must possess at least Bachelor's Degree from reputable  university with min GPA  3.0 any major.
• Fresh graduate or  1  year work experience
• Willing to be bound under working commitment to Kawan Lama Group for 3 years
• Have good skills in leadership, communication, analytical thinking, high integrity
• English proficiency is preferable
• Willing to be placed in all regions of Indonesia
