Shift Staff Waste Water Treatment Operator

• Superior/User           : Unit Controller
• Education                  : Minimum Technical High School plus Power Plant study, Diploma (D3) or Bachelor Degree is preferable, in Mechanical Eng., Electrical Eng., or Chemical Eng.
• Work Experience      :  Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Coal Fired Power Plant. Fresh graduate with suitable educational background are welcome to apply.

Key tasks and responsibilities

• Preparation and periodical review of Standard Operation Procedures for sub systems and or systems operation.
• Patrol work and operation of the sub systems and or systems (Boiler, Turbine-Generator, Balance of Plant, Water Treatment and Waste Water Treatment Plant) including start up and shut down in safe, reliable, efficient manner while ensuring environmental compliance, including system periodic operation switching and it’s confirmation testing.
• Provision of trouble shooting and or proposals for efficiency improvements on sub systems and or systems operation, to the Unit Controller
• Communicate to the Unit Controllers for any findings of defect and or abnormality of the sub systems and or systems.
•  When so authorized, carry out the activities of an Authorized Person as defined in the Company Safety Rules, to isolate and de-isolate electrical and mechanical    System.
• Periodic secondment for training as Fire Fighting team member, whenever required
