IT Technical Support

• Graduated from D3/S1 from IT major or related
• Maximum 2 years experiences, fresh graduate are welcomed
• Experience to assembly and troubleshoot PC Hardware, Software and others (ex. Printer)
• Strong knowledge in Networking area (TCP/IP, Cable+, Termination)
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Should be good in English (min. passive)
• Able to work in a team and detail oriented

The IT Support will handle the troubleshoot and solve end-user’s problem. You will responsible in daily maintenance and provide the user’s request.
