System Analyst

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electronic/Electrical), Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mathematics or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Must have the ability to demonstrate proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be detail-oriented and maintain a high level of ownership with a keen ability for a problem-solving and thorough investigation.
• The qualified candidate must be skilled in influential communications and collaboration.

Job Description:

• Handling of complex business problems and proactively working with peers to resolve issues, designing and implementing quality solutions, providing input on the strategy to project team members and solution architects.
• Research, plan, design, test, troubleshoot, and support enterprise-class, mission-critical systems.
• Defining scope and benefits, gathering requirements and analysing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements. 
• Liaising with end-users and process owners to understand detailed business requirements. 
• Communicating the business requirements to the Technical Team.
• Working together with the Technical Team to design, build and test the system according to the business requirements.
• Create automated test script using Selenium or Katalon or any other testing tool.
• Validating system deployments and configuration, validate system generated data with existing reports.
• Train the end-users to fluently use the system.
