Supervisory Development Program

Supervisory Development Program is development program to dvelopment program to develop future leaders in Anugrah Argon Medica by learning and doing challenging jobs/roles that prepare for leadeship roles.

We are looking forcandidates that will be developed to be Supervisor or Section Head for our branches at all over Indonesia. The incumbents will pass the short development program and there will be rotations within and accross functions in accelerated learning environment.

The key success factors for this position are the willingness to learn and adapt in new environment, high motivation and spirit, strong in communication also be a humble person.

Here are some other requirements for this position:

• Bachelor Degree from all major (preferably Accounting, Industrial Engineering, and Aphotechary)
• Willing to be placed at all over Indonesia
• Have good communication & coordination skill
• Fluent in English (written and conversation)
• Maximum 28 years old
